There is the strictly defined ISO-testing methods when testing products of this category.
The tests does pay close attention to all the sectors concerning the device and it's use, like stability, brakes, durability, handlebars, wheels, finishing and operating instructions.
Stability
Kickcycle's stability has been tested in thorough tilt angle tests. The device must keep stable and must not overturn to the front or sideward when inclining in normal load.
ESLA Kick cycle has fully passed the stability tests.
Durability
Durability is tested by first stressing the steering assembly and runners with a major load 200 000 times. During the tests the device must keep undisturbed and the assemblage must keep firm.

Strength
Strength is tested by stressing the frame two times in an extensive load for a few seconds. During the test the device must not break down and there must not be any distortion.
