Scooting is a new, nice way of moving.
A strong, steel framed Scooter is well suited for town surfing, for an ordinary fitness trainer or for making the exercises of a top sportsman more fun. The scooter takes you forward fast and also helps you to improve your fitness and get rid of extra calories.
Scooting strengthens muscles
Especially the muscles in the lower back and muscles in the buttocks and at the back of the thighs. In fitness exercises the scooting is 25-30 % more efficient than driving a bicycle. Scooting is especially popular among runners, because it simulates running without the strike impact from actual running.
The scooter has been designed to serious use.
Despite of the strong steel frame a scooter is relatively light: c. 10 kg. A coarse foot board is safe to use and wide enough for changing the kicking leg. A softened hybrid bar (model 4100) enables three basic scooting positions. Each scooter has been equipped with fenders and mud flaps, so it can also be used in wet conditions.
A scooter rolls along lightly
Big enough air rubber tires make the scooter roll along smoothly. The scooter is equipped with a 16” front wheel and a 12” back wheel. The front wheel has a drum brake, which stops the scooter effectively if necessary. Safety is added by standard front-, back- and spoke reflectors.
Scooting is fun!
Scooting is easy to learn and it fits all ages. The height of the handle bar may easily be adjusted from 88-113 cm. In addition to a standard basket (model 4100) the scooter may be equipped with a bigger string basket, which has enough room for groceries, for example.
If necessary, the front and back frame of the scooter may easily be separated from each other which makes it possible to put the scooter in a small space for transportation.
Automatic parking support flies open when you turn the hand bar into its extreme position and is restored when you turn the hand bar back into the riding position.
