1. General Information
These terms and conditions are valid from 18.01.2016 and concern E. S. Lahtinen Oy (business identity code FI01811761, later Esla) e-commerce deliveries. In our e-shop orders are paid by web payment or credit card. Both ways to pay are secured, safe and fast.
2. Countries of delivery
Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemberg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If you reside outside of this area, please contact us directly with your request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a competitive delivery quote or to forward you to our nearest dealer.
Products can be ordered via the internet at https://www.esla.fi via the shopping cart. All communication takes place between the parties via e-mail. The customer must be at least 18 years of age and commit to the valid terms of delivery. Esla handles all customer information in confidence. After a successful payment process, the order is transferred to our dispatch department for shipping.
All prices include Finnish 24% VAT.
Delivery charges within Finland:
Currently, delivery charges are €12,80 per shipment for orders of less than 50 €. Orders of over €50 are delivered free within Finland. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Delivery charges outside of Finland
Per order by country:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark or Germany is 30€/per shipment
Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxemburg, Poland, The Czech Republic, Italy, Spain or Ireland is 35€/per shipment
Portugal 49€/per shipment
Iceland 65€/per shipment
If you are ordering a T6, T7 orT8 there is an additional charge of 10€ due to the large size of the package.
4. Delivery time
We ship products every working day. The delivery time is normally 4-10 days outside Finland. If the product is not ready in stock, the delivery may take longer, at which point we will notify the customer by e-mail.
5. Shipping Method
At this point in time our webstore delivers orders only to the countries listed above. If you reside outside of this area, please contact us directly with your request via email at email@example.com for a competitive delivery quote. Within Finland we use the Post Express Flex service, which is delivered to the arranged address and which contacts you to arrange the time of delivery.
To other countries listed above we use the PostNord Logistics DPD service. Big packages (length 200cm) are delivered by Posti Parcel Connect service or Schenker. If you wish to use some other method, please contact Esla at the time of order.
6. Payment terms
Products and their postage are paid at the same time with the order. In the webstore the orders can be paid with the following payment methods: Nordea, OP Bank Group, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, local cooperative banks, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland, as well as debit cards.
Payment provider service is the Paytrail Corporation in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

You can also order an invoice. You can pay the invoice either at once or via a loan. An account maintenance fee of €2.95 is added to the invoice. The nominal annual interest rate of the loan-payment option is 19.20%.
Payment in other countries will be provided via Paypal or all major credit cards.
7. The right to return/change products
The customer has a 14 day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused and in original condition. The customer shall inform in advance the refund to Esla via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a note that tells us your contact information, IBAN bank account number for getting back the sum you paid, and preferably the reason for the return (this is not compulsory). At the same time, please inform us whether you wish to return the product and get your money back or if you need a replacement for the product. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If the product is damaged during delivery, then the customer should direct his complaint to the relevant postal company. In the event of any complaint please contact us at Esla beforehand to arrange delivery of your new product.
In the event of a complaint you may contact us via. email@example.com. In any case, please email us about the reclamation before sending the goods.
9. Force majeure
Esla is not responsible for the fact that the delivery is delayed if it is caused outside of Esla’s empowerment.
